Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your items aren't a perfect fit or don't meet your expectations, we are here to help you get sorted.

The Basics

  • 14-Day Window: You have 14 days from the date your package is delivered to request a return or exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, free of dirt or trail dust, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping labels are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Submit a Request: Visit our online return portal [Insert Link to Shopify Returns Portal] or email us at support@gnartisangoods.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Pack Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  3. Ship it Back: Affix your return shipping label and drop the package off at the designated carrier. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style? The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, contact our support team to see if a direct exchange can be processed based on current inventory.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your banking institution or credit card company may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.

Exceptions & Damaged Items

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on "Final Sale" or clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Damaged or Defective Goods: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you.

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
